FHYB Sponsorship Opportunities
Forest Hills Youth Baseball is a recreational youth baseball organization for players in the Tampa Bay area. Our goal is to develop young athletes through instruction and competition while providing a positive baseball experience. This Spring Season, we look forward to hosting nearly 400 players between the ages of 3 and 14.
While fees are paid by each athlete’s family for registration, it is essential for the league to acquire sponsorships and general donations. Sponsorships are an integral source of revenue for Forest Hills Youth Baseball, and they help us offset the costs of equipment, field and building maintenance, and insurance. One example of a recent project funded through sponsorships was the installation of sunshades next to the bleachers which helps our fans enjoy the games while beating the heat. In the coming months we hope to acquire adequate sponsorship funds to tackle a few critical needs of the park, including replacing windscreens and batting cage netting. With the support of local businesses such as yours, we can provide what we believe is the best baseball experience in Tampa and one that our community deserves.
There are a variety of advertising/sponsorship opportunities for your business. All sponsors will receive a thank you letter on FHYB letterhead for contribution verification purposes and business name listed on our website’s sponsor page. Forest Hills Youth Baseball sponsorship levels, and what each level includes, for the upcoming season are as follows:
MVP Sponsorship - $500
- 4’x6’ banner affixed to the field of team or division sponsored proudly displaying the name of your business or family (artwork must be provided)
Batting Cage Sponsorship - $1,000
- Name one of our batting cage stalls after your business or family for 1 year
- 3’x6’ permanent metal sign affixed to the batting cage stall proudly displaying the name of your business or family (artwork must be provided)
Field Sponsorship - $5,000
- Naming rights to one of our 6 fields for 3 calendar years
- 4’x6’ permanent metal sign affixed to the backstop fence proudly displaying the name of your business or family (artwork must be provided)
- Fields Available: Shetland (Ages 5-6); Pinto (Ages 7-8); Mustang (Ages 9-10); Bronco (Ages 11-12); Select (varying ages); Pony (Ages 13-14)
